Bathroom Meets Sidewalk

I was walking to the 7 train this morning and on Clay Street I saw this little set-up in front of someone's building. Things like this increase my want to own a home and property 100%. It looks so cute! It's hard to summon the energy to do things like this when you're a renter. I can't wait to have a yard someday.
